Who We Are
The College Ready On Track Network is an improvement community dedicated to developing, iterating, and spreading practices that advance career and college success for Black, Latinx, and Multilingual students in Denver Public Schools. Funded by a $10 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation over seven years, the network currently includes 13 DPS high schools.
Our improvement coaches (Program Managers) support school design teams in creating, testing, and analyzing change ideas in the classroom through Plan, Do, Study, Act cycles.
