Equity is embedded in the every day work of our network. Through the use of Liberatory Design, our teams employ an intentional approach to co-designing with students to address equity and change efforts within complex systems. Through iterative Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles we begin to understand what works, for whom, and under what conditions in hopes of spreading and scaling promising practices.
