The College Ready on Track team is partnering with 5 high schools to create and refine robust school-based improvement practices focused on growth in priority areas during the 2024-2025 school year.

• Our focus will be to take existing practices that schools are using for MIS monitoring and implementation and look for ways that the CRoT approach to continuous improvement may enhance or fill gaps in those practices.

• The direct and immediate outcome of this work will be improvement of systems and processes that schools use for improvement. The lagging outcome of this focus will be improvement in priority student outcomes.
