NIC January Convening
The College Ready on Track network will be gathering together on Thursday, January 11th from 12:30 - 3:30 PM in Room 320 in the Tivoli Student Union Building. Lunch will be served at the start of the meeting.
Facilitation Lead Meeting #1
Goals of the meeting:
Facilitation Leads are oriented to the work of the network and their role.
Review and discussion of existing data collected to date to determine the current state and support needed for teachers to finish collection.
Facilitation Leads leave with protocols to use as they meet with teachers at the school sites.
Action Period #1
We are excited to kickoff the 5th year of the College Ready on Track Network. This year 21 schools are part of the network as we collectively discover how to increase student academic discussion in the math classroom in order to achieve our aim of doubling the number of capstone performance indicators completed by our Black, Latinx, and MLL students.

We are excited to kickoff the 5th year of the College Ready on Track Network. This year 21 schools are part of the network as we collectively discover how to increase student academic discussion in the math classroom in order to achieve our aim of doubling the number of capstone performance indicators completed by our Black, Latinx, and MLL students.
End of Year Network Convening
Join us for our College Ready on Track NIC June Convening. This will be our final network meeting for the 2022-2023 school year. We will celebrate the work of the network this year and consolidate our learning. Our network will be coming together on Monday, June 5th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Colorado History Museum.
Lunch will be provided from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. During our time together we will reflect on our experiences testing change ideas through PDSA cycles and collaborate with one another to share learnings.
Facilitation Lead Meeting - May 3rd
Facilitation leads from our 22 network schools will come together to discuss how to engage students into the design process, plan for PDSA Cycle #3, and discuss best practices with leading school design teams. NOTE: This is a virtual meeting via Zoom (information in your Google invite)
Begin PDSA Cycle #3
CRoT coaches will be supporting and learning alongside school design teams as they begin their third PDSA cycles. Schools will begin implementing their change ideas in classrooms, collecting common measures using student surveys and other data points, and then studying the outcomes. Teams will debrief before engaging in their 4th PDSA cycle in May.
April Network Sharing Event
School Design teams will come together during the April teal day to share what they have learned from PDSA cycle #2. Together they will examine trends, make decisions about next steps, and leave prepared to begin their next learning cycle at their school sites.
